These Terms of Use apply to the Chorily marketing website and beta application pages.

By using the website, you agree to these terms.

1. About Chorily and the service provider

Chorily is a pre-launch platform for choirs. The website explains Chorily's vision, planned product direction, and private beta.

At this stage, the website is for information and beta applications only. It does not provide access to the Chorily app, paid services, or customer accounts.

2. Website use

You may use the website for lawful purposes only.

You must not:

• attempt to disrupt or damage the website
• submit false, misleading, or harmful information
• attempt to access systems or data without permission
• copy, scrape, or reuse website content in a way that violates our rights
• use the website for spam, fraud, or unlawful activity

3. Beta applications

Submitting a beta application does not guarantee access to Chorily.

We may choose beta participants based on product fit, language, choir type, timing, onboarding capacity, and other practical factors.

A beta application does not create:

• a customer relationship
• a paid subscription
• a right to access the app
• a guarantee of future pricing
• a guarantee that any specific feature will be available

If your choir is selected for the beta, separate beta terms may apply.

4. Product information

The website may describe features that are planned, under development, or available only to selected beta users.

We try to keep the information accurate, but the product may change before public launch. We may add, change, postpone, or remove features.

Nothing on the website should be understood as a binding promise that a specific feature, timeline, price, or launch date will be available.

5. Intellectual property

The website, brand, logo, visual identity, text, graphics, product mockups, and design elements are owned by Chorily or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use Chorily's brand assets or website materials without permission, except where allowed by law.

6. Images and mockups

Some images and product visuals on the website may be illustrative, AI-generated, edited, or shown as mockups.

They are used to communicate the intended feeling and direction of Chorily. They do not necessarily show real choirs, real venues, final product screens, or final product functionality unless clearly stated.

7. User-submitted information

If you submit information through the beta form or contact us by email, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it.

You should not submit confidential choir material, copyrighted sheet music, sensitive personal data, health data, or information about children unless we specifically ask for it and provide appropriate instructions.

8. Third-party links

The website may include links to third-party websites or social media pages. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices.

9. No warranties

The website is provided as is and as available.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chorily is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the website or beta application process.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update the website and these terms as Chorily develops.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
